This year’s speaker series: INFODEMIC features guest speaker Dr. Timothy Caulfield and Dr. Jacob Shelley. Tim is known for his debunking of pseudoscience, his Netflix series: A User’s Guide To Cheating Death, and most recently, bringing light to the Infodemic of wrong information surrounding COVID-19. Professor Shelley holds a joint appointment in the Faculty of Law and the School of Health Science, and is the Co-Director of the HELP Lab at Western.
